Read your account standing or suspension notice
Find the decision, understand its restrictions and choose a next step.
Steps
- Read the Studio’s account notice.
- Choose See your account standing where offered.
- For each strike, read the game, release, reason, reviewer’s note and expiry.
- Read the account-standing section to understand the restrictions currently applied.
- If a game needs fixing and editing is available, choose Fix it in the Studio.
- If you disagree, use Appeal where offered, or contact creator support using the details in the notice.
What the notice means
Strikes concern a confirmed breach in a live game. A new release being not approved is a different outcome. Follow the restrictions and remaining review requirements shown for your account.
A suspended account has restricted Studio actions. Read the suspension notice and use the download options that remain available to preserve your projects.
If a game has been taken down
Open its Overview and read the displayed reason and note. Where the notice asks for a corrected release and your account can submit one, fix the issue, test and submit for review.
If the game is unavailable without a detailed reason, contact support. Do not assume restoring a checkpoint or changing a rating lifts an account restriction.
Still stuck?
