Delete your creator account
Back up your work and understand the account-deletion steps.
Before you start
Account deletion affects your projects and games, not just your sign-in. Download each project you want to keep, and export your account data first.
Steps
- Open Account > Security.
- Find Leaving and choose Delete my account.
- Read the deletion period and the effect on your games shown in the dialog.
- Complete the requested security confirmation.
- Enter your current password and type DELETE in the confirmation field.
- Choose Delete my account only when you are ready to proceed.
- Keep the confirmation email and the final deletion date.
What happens next
You are signed out and cannot sign in while deletion is pending. At the date shown, the account and its projects are deleted and its games leave llvls.
If you change your mind before that date, email creator support from your account address. Signing in is not the cancellation route.
If deletion is unavailable
Follow the message shown. House accounts are closed by staff, and an account under suspension cannot request deletion while that restriction applies. Contact support if you believe the restriction is wrong.
