earnings

Your game. Your price.

Build in the Studio, publish on llvls and keep control of your game. When earning opens, keep it free with ads, sell the rest after a free first chapter, or make a series. It is your call, game by game.

Earning and checkout are not available in the beta yet. These are the revenue terms for when they open. Earning and selling need you to be 18 or over and verified.

What you keep

Your ad share

40%

Of the ad revenue from your games, based on final network statements and cash received.

A separate creator bonus pool

10%

Of ad revenue goes into a shared bonus pool for quality and the new players creators bring to llvls. Eligibility and caps apply. It is not an extra guaranteed percentage for each game; house games do not share in it.

Your sales share

70%

Of every sale after VAT or sales tax, including unlocks, series games, bundles and in-game items. Payment processing fees come from our share.

The same rates apply on Free and Studio Pro. Most games earn small amounts; publishing is not a promise of income. Read the Creator Terms, Schedule 2

Charge for it, or don't

Keep a game completely free and ad-free, or choose a business model when earning opens.

Free, with ads

Keep the whole game free. llvls handles ads at suitable breaks, outside your game. Kids games have no ads until certified kid-safe demand is available.

The whole game stays free

A free first chapter

Let players try the beginning, then unlock the rest with one purchase. Paid content is delivered separately to players who own it.

Try first, unlock the rest

A paid series

Publish sequels as their own games and offer a bundle. Complete-the-set credit means players do not pay twice for parts they already own.

Separate games, one series

Items inside the game

Sell a fixed quantity of an item, priced in real money. Offers appear only at breaks and always beside a free way to carry on. No loot boxes or paid currencies.

A choice at a break in play

How a sale works

You choose from the price tiers. llvls handles the purchase outside the game.

Paid content stays separate

An unlock can protect the rest of your game. The free build does not contain those paid files.

Players pay through llvls

Live Shuttle ehf. is the seller to players. Checkout, receipts, refunds, chargebacks and sales tax are handled by the platform.

Your share follows the tax

Your share is calculated after VAT or sales tax. Refunds and chargebacks reverse the related share and the buyer’s access. Your own income reporting remains your responsibility.

For ad earnings: what counts as a play

llvls measures play in the page around your game. Your game cannot report its own plays.

What counts

  • A real person playing with real input
  • Your game visible on screen
  • Qualifying play measured by llvls

What does not count

  • Automated or suspicious traffic
  • Your own plays
  • Sessions too short to qualify
  • Previews, phone tests and playtest links

When the money arrives

Expect about 4 months from a play to a payout, not an instant balance you can withdraw.

  1. Your game earns

Eligible plays and sales contribute to the month. Estimates can change before the month is final.

  2. The month closes

The month is calculated after its close lag, with ad revenue checked against network statements.

  3. Earnings wait in a hold

The hold allows refunds, disputes and late advertiser payments to settle. Money is released only once the required checks are complete.

  4. A monthly bank payout

Available earnings of at least EUR 50 can enter the monthly SEPA payout run. A smaller balance carries forward; you can choose a higher minimum.

A refund or dispute can reduce your share. Amounts below the payout minimum carry forward. There are no instant payouts.

Build first. Verify before you earn.

You can publish free games without earning. Earning and selling require an adult creator and verification.

Verification currently supports individuals who live in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland and have a bank account in that area. Payouts are EUR SEPA bank transfers.

Two-factor sign-in

Creator accounts use two-factor authentication and backup codes.

Your legal name and address

Private account details, never your public creator profile.

Your tax details

The verification process collects the details needed for reporting.

A bank account in your name

Your payout details must match the person being verified.

Questions creators ask

Do I have to charge or show ads?

No. A game can remain completely free and ad-free. Earning and checkout are not available in the beta yet.

Does Pro get a better revenue share?

No. Free and Studio Pro have the same revenue shares. A subscription does not buy a better place in browse or search.

Where do ads appear?

The host handles ads outside the game, at breaks rather than during action. Kids games have no ads until a certified kid-safe network is available.

Can players pay inside my game?

All purchases go through llvls checkout. Games never collect card details or route players to an outside payment service.

Can younger players buy things?

Purchases are not available to under-18 accounts until parental approval exists.

What about my own taxes?

Live Shuttle handles taxes on sales to players. You remain responsible for declaring your earnings and meeting your own tax obligations. The Creator Terms explain the arrangement.

Do I keep the rights to my game?

Yes. You keep ownership of your game and code. Publishing gives llvls the licence described in the Creator Terms. It is non-exclusive: you can keep your game available elsewhere too.

Build the game first. Decide how it earns when it is ready.

Start with a free game. Keep your code, your rights and the freedom to publish elsewhere.
