Download your account data
Export your account records and separately keep copies of your game files.
Steps
- Open Account > Security.
- In Leaving, choose Download my data.
- Complete the requested security confirmation.
- Choose Email me a code.
- Check your account email and return to the same browser.
- Enter the code before the expiry shown.
- Choose Download and keep the downloaded file somewhere private.
- To keep the actual game files, also download each project as a zip.
What is in the download
The account export contains records about your account and games, including project-history information. It is not an archive of every project file or uploaded asset.
Build and check findings are available through the release screens rather than as part of this export. Some short-lived records or older assistant text may no longer be retained.
If the code fails
Check that it is the latest code and that you are using the browser that requested it. Choose Send a new code if the old one no longer works. Follow any waiting message before requesting another.
