Sign in or reset your password

Sign in

1. Open creator sign-in.
2. Enter your creator email and password.
3. Enter the current code from your authenticator app.
4. If offered, choose whether this device should skip the code for the period shown. Use that option only on a device you control.
5. Continue to the Studio or the unfinished account setup step.

Reset a forgotten password

1. Use the password reset option on the sign-in screen.
2. Enter your account email and request a reset code.
3. Check your email and return to the same browser that requested the code.
4. Enter the code and choose a new password using the requirements shown.
5. Finish the reset, then sign in and complete two-factor.

A password reset does not replace your authenticator. If you cannot use it, follow the recovery article.

If a code is refused

Check that you are entering the correct kind of code: the emailed reset code and the authenticator code serve different steps. If the email code expires, request a new one. For authenticator problems, check automatic time on your phone and respect any temporary lock shown.
